Elektro Erotik presents something the band had been searching for some time.

A raw and unrefined fusion of West African drumming tradition meets the grittiness of analogue synthesizers and drum machines produced in the 80’s. Through the lens of this vagabond family of musicians from the suburbs of Melbourne coming up through the first wave of ‘Club-Jazz’ or ‘Jazz-Doof’ as the kids call it down under. The EP features a local hero in the mainstay of the Melbourne music scene. Boubacar Gaye, native of Senegal and known for his work with the group ‘Ausecuma Beats’.

After a run of shows in Australia, Summer 2023, the crew managed to sneak a day in the infamously haunted soundpark studios with its hoards of vintage equipment the team quickly set to work dusting off some obsolete equipment to essentially bring the old worlds to the new. to see the future through a deep tradition and respect of culture.
